Dos ciudadanos le solicitaron a la Corporación ser reconocidos como coadyuvantes o terceros intervinientes en el proceso que concluyó con la Sentencia T-236/17, a efectos de promover la nulidad del Auto 387/19, por revivir éste un proceso judicial legalmente concluido.
La Corte constató que los peticionarios no cumplen con los requisitos para ser considerados coadyuvantes en el trámite de cumplimiento que finalizó con la expedición del auto precitado, por carecen de legitimación por activa para promover peticiones que cuestionen en consecuencia la validez del proceso.
Se RECHAZA.

- RECHAZAR la solicitud de coadyuvancia formulada por los ciudadanos Armando Palau Aldana y Dicter Zúñiga Pardo, en el trámite de cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-236 de 2017, que concluyó en la Corte Constitucional con la expedición del Auto 387 de 2019, de conformidad con las consideraciones expuestas en la parte motiva de la presente providencia.
